RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Due to our service of custom packaging, we provide, you must inform us at Tumen within three business days about any faulty or defective product. We cannot refund you in this case, but we will make you satisfy by reprinting the product and modify it according to your desired specification. However, the new product might take time from 6 to 7 working days to reach you.
